Testimonials
I am a month into my apartment and I absolutely love this building/neighborhood/vibes. To begin with, Chery L. went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me throughout the leasing process, her professionalism, communication, and kindness was very much appreciated. Everyone in the building has been extremely pleasant along with the rest of the staff and maintenance.

Lovely 2 years at this apartment complex. Heller, Kyle, Ryleigh are a fantastic team.

Being able to divide the rent between 2 people with a simple, user friendly account is amazing. No random fees, just put in what you want to pay and save your payment easy, boom. It makes paying rent a breeze so thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Metropolis The staff was always very responsive, and we never heard any of our neighbors. It's a great starting point if you move to Denver and are looking for a centrally located, affordable place to live.
- Miranda K.
Lived at the Metropolis for about a year and a half. Location is amazing and only getting better with the food options and movie theater almost built. On site parking is great, sometimes full on weekends but never had trouble finding street parking behind the building those days. Clean facilities, gym with the essentials downstairs, on site laundry always had a washer open, and amazon lockers are a great addition. Rooms are very modern, wood floors, and best bang for you buck in the Denver area.

I've been living in the Metropolis Apt for more than three months now. The staff was fun bringing me to my New home with a beautiful view of the South side and Pikes Peak. The place is very clean, quiet and the neighbors (even the dogs) are really polite and friendly. The neighborhood is amazing, walking distance to just about everything you need and safe with lots of friendly people along the way.I recommend this place to anyone that want to live Colorado!
